Mike Yohay, MBA | Founder and CEO

Mike was named one of the "Ten Most Inspiring People in Sustainable Food" by Fast Company. A graduate of the Green MBA program at Dominican University, Mike is a social entrepreneur with diverse leadership experience. He has managed a Costa Rican eco-lodge and organic farm, assistant directed a nonprofit organization promoting emerging artists, and conducted business development for natural foods companies. Mike’s current passion lies with his urban agriculture startup, Cityscape Farms. Using aquaponics greenhouses, Mike is committed to transforming underutilized parts of the urban landscape into sites for sustainable and local food production. Speaking engagements here.

Romy Krueger, DPM | Associate Greenhouse Manager

Romy is a master ‘plant doctor’ with international field and greenhouse agriculture experience. Holding a Doctorate in Plant Medicine from the University of Florida, she is widely published in the school’s Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences. In addition to developing Integrated Pest Management methodologies for Central American farms, she has extensive teaching experience in Agricultural Ecology and Alternative Cropping Systems. Keenly understanding the link between environmental preservation and low impact food production, Romy is dedicated to creating a new model of agriculture that respects the natural world.

Benjamin Osgood, LEED AP | Director of Real Estate

Benjamin has over 12 years of experience in real estate sales, leasing and marketing. As a LEED Accredited Professional, he combines sustainable business practices with commercial real estate advising, resulting in a regenerative approach to urban development.

A LEED certified urban planner, Noah brings to Cityscape Farms a wealth of international green design experience. Blending food justice activism with a passion for developing sustainable cities, he coordinates site preparation, architectural renderings, and environmental impact analysis.
